"C2 Stingray" is one of the two works produced for the group exhibition "Let's Go! My Robot Exhibition 2019-Retro-Future" held in 2019. When it comes to the theme of retro-future, the first thing that comes to mind for Yoshihito Ueda is the classic American cars. The design of this work is inspired by the flat-shaped cartilaginous fish stingray, and is made in the image of Yoshihito Ueda's favorite American sedan, the Corvette Stingray C2.
